The Ramallah-based Palestinian Detainees Committee explained in a statement, issued Monday, that over the past ten days, the Israeli administration at the Ramon detention center, has been confining Hatem Alqawasma, Osama Es’ied, Ibrahim Abdul-Hai, and Omar Khurwat, in solitary confinement.
